Our Story

Built here. Proudly serving here.

I've lived in Fairhope my whole life. I've owned a service business here, built relationships here, and watched this community grow into something really special.

I started Tailored Pro Wash because I believed the Eastern Shore needed an exterior cleaning company that was truly dedicated to the people in it — not just passing through. One built on honest work, real customer service, and results worth talking about.

"This is my home. I take that seriously on every single job."

— Leighton Riley, Owner

Local care, tailored methods

How we work on the Eastern Shore

Our shop is based in Daphne, and Leighton's roots are in Fairhope. That local connection shapes how we work: straightforward communication, careful service, and an understanding of what Gulf humidity, shade, and salt air do to Eastern Shore properties.

We lead with soft washing for siding and roofs because it treats organic growth without relying on damaging pressure. For concrete, pavers, and other durable surfaces, we use controlled pressure suited to the material. Windows are finished for clear, streak-free glass.

Tailored Pro Wash serves homeowners and light commercial properties, from one-time cleanups to recurring memberships that keep curb appeal consistent through every season.

Tell us what your property needs and we'll explain what fits and provide a clear quote before work begins.
