Roof Cleaning & Roof Soft Washing in Daphne, AL
Low-pressure roof soft washing that clears black streaks, algae and moss from Eastern Shore roofs, with no pressure washer on your shingles.
Black streaks off. Shingles left alone.
Black streaks are common on Eastern Shore roofs. Warm weather, humidity and shaded slopes give roof algae a place to spread, and what starts as a few dark marks can make a well-kept home look older from the street.
Roof cleaning should never mean blasting shingles with high pressure. We use a low-pressure soft wash: a cleaning solution treats the algae, moss and lichen, and a careful rinse finishes the job, so the shingle surface is protected. Tailored Pro Wash is licensed and insured, and our soft wash process is pet-safe.
Planning a full exterior refresh? Pair roof cleaning with house soft washing, gutter cleaning or exterior window cleaning, and request a free quote for the whole job.
What Roof Soft Washing Removes
A roof soft wash targets the growth a garden hose can't touch:
- Black streaks from roof algae
- Green moss on shaded slopes
- Lichen spots on shingles
- Mildew and organic staining
- Pollen and debris film
- Dark patches that make a roof look uneven from the curb
How it works
Our 3 Step Process
Walk around and protect
We look over the roof, gutters, downspouts and landscaping, then pre-soak and protect plants and nearby surfaces before any treatment starts.
Low-pressure soft wash
A cleaning solution is applied at low pressure to treat algae, moss and lichen. No pressure washer touches your shingles.
Rinse and final check
The roof, plants and surrounding surfaces are rinsed as needed, and we do a final visual check before we leave.
