Terms of Service
Services overview
We provide exterior cleaning — soft washing, power washing, roof washing, window cleaning and related services — for homes and light commercial properties on the Eastern Shore of Alabama.
Quotes and estimates
Quotes are free. We confirm pricing with you before any work begins. If on-site conditions differ from what was described, we'll talk with you about the scope and price before continuing.
On-site work
We ask that you provide reasonable access to the areas being cleaned, including water access where needed. We work carefully and protect surfaces and plantings, but weather and site conditions can affect scheduling.
Limitation of liability
We stand behind our work — if something isn't right, tell us and we'll make it right. Beyond that, our responsibility is limited to the extent allowed by Alabama law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
